We design and build quality management systems, and we can be deployed to run quality on a project. From ISO 9001 system design through to independent auditing and outsourced document control.
Quality work splits into two settings, and most firms sell only one of them.
In the business, quality is a system: how work gets specified, checked and evidenced, so the result comes out the same whoever picked up the job. On a project, quality is a job somebody has to do: holding contractors to the specification, verifying what was actually built, and making sure the records exist before handover rather than being assembled afterwards.
We work in both. We design and build the system, and where you need it we can be deployed to run quality on the project rather than handing over a manual and leaving you to it.
In the business
The system is what lets a business grow without quality depending on the three people who remember everything. It is also what an auditor comes to look at, which is the least useful thing it does.
On the project
A framework on its own does not deliver anything. Someone has to write the specification into the contract, review what contractors submit, verify the work against it, and hold the record trail together from the first inspection through to handover. That is a role rather than a document, and it is one we can fill.
